  • How do I contact Customer Service?

    • Please call us at 855-994-2825 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.
  • Headphones will not turn ON

    • Make sure the ON / OFF SWITCH is set to the ON position.
    • Change the battery.
  • Headphones will not pair

    • Turn your Bluetooth device OFF then ON to refresh the device’s Bluetooth memory.
    • Find the Bluetooth menu in your device and make sure the Bluetooth function is turned ON.
    • Turn the Headphones ON and unplug the headphone cable from the 3.5mm INPUT if necessary.
    • On your device, perform a Bluetooth “device discovery” to add the A9HPBT as a new device.
    • When the headphones are discovered device will display “A9HPBT” in the Bluetooth menu.
    • After selecting “A9HPBT” from the Bluetooth menu the LED indicator will slowly flash Blue.
    • The voice prompt will announce that Bluetooth Pairing was successful.
