  • How do I contact Customer Service?

  • Is this MP3 player compatible with my computer?

    • This Video & MP3 player is compatible with all computers running Windows 2000 or newer.
    • This MP3 player is compatible with Apple computers running MACINTOSH OSX or newer.
  • When I "press" a button, it doesn’t do what I want it to do.

    Some buttons on this player may operate two different functions based on how the button is pressed (Press or Press & hold). The Quick Start Guide or Instruction Manual details the different methods of using the buttons for this model. Please refer to the Instruction Manual to see if the function you are attempting to access requires a “Press” or a “Press & Hold” of the button. Confirm the volume is not set to 0.

    • Press – When the term “Press” is used with a button operation, it requires you to fully Press
      and quickly release the button.
    • Press & Hold or Long Press – When the term “Long Press” or “Press & Hold” is used, it requires you
      to fully Press and continue to Hold the button in for a two second count before releasing your finger
      from the button. Use only light pressure to hold the button in.
  • How do I transfer songs, pictures, and/or eBooks from my computer to the MP3 player?

    • Please refer to the Quick Start Guide or Instruction Manual for detailed instructions on loading
      your music, photos, etc. to the MP3 player.
    • The Quick Start Guide or Instruction Manual can be downloaded directly from this page.
  • How do I Charge the MP3 Player?

    • Connect the MP3 player to an available USB port on your computer.
    • Your computer must be turned ON for the player to recharge.
    • A full charge will typically take 3-4 hours.
  • What types of music files can I play?

    • This player supports only MP3 & WMA music files.
  • No sound or Low Sound

    • Make sure the volume on the player is not too low or on Mute.
    • Make sure the 3.5mm headphone cord is securely inserted into the headphone jack.
    • Try playing a different song. If the volume is louder on the new song, then the problem is related to the file of the song.
  • Will not Power On

    • Try charging the battery by connecting the player to an available USB port on your computer.
    • Your computer must be turned ON for the player to charge.
