  • How do I contact Customer Service?

    • Please call us at 855-719-8324 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.

  • Where can I get the Instruction Manual?

    • A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product.  If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.

  • Alarm did not sound

    • Check LED Display Lights to insure the correct Alarm is turned ON.
    • Check the Alarm Time reset as necessary.

  • Clock will not Pair

    • Turn your Clock Radio OFF & ON to refresh Bluetooth Memory.
    • Turn your Device OFF & ON to attempt to re-pair with your device.
    • Try pairing another Bluetooth device.

  • No Sound

    • Press the FUNCTION button.
    • Increase the volume.
