  • Where can I get the Instruction Manual?

    • A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.

  • No Power

    • Make sure the AC Cord is plugged into the outlet.

  • Disc Does Not Play

    • Check to make sure the disc is loaded correctly label side facing up.
    • Try another disc.
    • Close CD compartment.
    • Wipe disc with a soft cloth to remove possible dirt or smudges

  • Erratic CD playback

    • Reinsert Speaker Plug into Speaker jack.
    • Increase the volume.
    • Try another CD.
    • Remove AUX cable from input jack.

  • Noise or Sound distorted on radio

    • Retune AM or FM broadcast station.
    • Rotate unit until best reception is obtained.
