A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.
I can’t "pair" successfully after multiple connections
Power OFF and then power ON the speaker to restart the Bluetooth syncing function on the speaker or on your Bluetooth device.
Check to see if the POWER/CONNECT button is flashing. If the button is not flashing, press the POWER/CONNECT button and the button will flash. Try pairing the Speaker with your Bluetooth device again.
There may be other Bluetooth devices near the speaker causing interference with the connection. Please turn off the Bluetooth function on the other devices you are not using.
Unplug the AUX cable from the rear of the speaker, and try pairing the Speaker with your Bluetooth device again
No Power
Check the batteries. Try them in another battery powered device to see if they work properly, or replace them with new batteries.
If you are using the USB connection, make sure the supplied USB cable is securely connected to the rear of the speaker and the USB port on your computer.
Make sure your computer is powered ON when using the USB power.
I can’t get the Speaker to "pair" with my Bluetooth device
Refer to the Bluetooth Pairing steps listed in the Instruction Manual of the speaker and your Bluetooth compatible device for pairing instructions.
I am hearing electrical interference from the device
Try moving the speaker away from other electronic equipment such as TVs, Radios, etc.
Try turning any other Bluetooth compatible devices OFF when using the speaker.

Do not stand next to a microwave while using a blender while listening to music.
