  • How do I contact Customer Service?

    • Please call us at 855-719-8324 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.

  • No Power

    • Verify the power adapter is connected properly at the photo frame and the wall outlet.
    • Unplug the power adapter from the rear of the photo frame for 30 seconds,and then reinsert the power adapter to restart the photo frame.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet is working properly by carefully plugging in another device.

  • Pictures are Frozen

    • Unplug the power adapter from the rear of the photo frame for 30 seconds, and then reinsert the power adapter to restart the photo frame.
    • Remove and reinsert the SD/SDHC card from the Photo Frame.

  • Will Not Display Pictures

    • Make sure only JPEG or JPG format files are stored on the SD/SDHC Card.
    • Check to insure the SD/SDHC Card is inserted the correct way.

  • Will Not Read SD Card

    • This device only works with SD and SDHC cards with a maximum capacity of 32 gigabytes or less.
    • Check to insure the SD/SDHC Card is inserted the correct way.
