  • How do I contact Customer Service?

    • Please call us at 855-719-8324 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.

  • Where can I get the Instruction Manual?

    • A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.

  • Speaker will not turn ON

    • Make sure the ON / OFF SWITCH is set to the ON position.
    • Charge the battery.

  • Speaker will not pair

    • Turn your Bluetooth device OFF then ON to refresh the device’s Bluetooth memory.
    • Find the Bluetooth menu in your device and make sure the Bluetooth function is turned ON.
    • Try pairing another Bluetooth device.

  • No Sound

    • Make sure the volume on the BSPLED is not set to “0” or Mute.
    • Make sure the volume on your device is not set to “0” or Mute.
    • Make sure there is nothing plugged into the 3.5mm AUDIO INPUT.
