  • How do I contact Customer Service?

    • Please call us at 855-994-3832 with any questions or before returning anything to the store.
  • Where can I get the Instruction Manual?

    • A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.
  • How do I connect this player to a TV?

    Securely insert the supplied Yellow, Red, & White cable to the rear of the DVD player, and an available A/V input on your TV.

    • Make sure the cords used to connect the DVD player to the TV are securely inserted into the matching color coded jacks on both the TV and DVD player.
    • For example, the Yellow cable plug should be inserted into the Yellow output jack of the DVD player
      and the Yellow input jack of the TV.
  • No Power

    • Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the wall outlet.
    • Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then reconnect the power cable and try to power the DVD player ON again.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet is working properly by carefully plugging in another device.
  • No Picture

    • Make sure the cords used to connect the DVD player to the TV are securely inserted into the matching color coded jacks on both the TV and DVD player.
    • For example, the Yellow Cable plug should be inserted into the Yellow output jack of the DVD player and the Yellow input jack of the TV.
    • Make sure your TV is set to the correct Source/Input where you have connected the DVD player (A/V, HDMI-1, etc.)
    • Try connecting the DVD player to a different TV. If the picture from the DVD player appears on the new TV, then there is a problem with the TV.
    • If there is no picture on the new TV, try connecting the DVD player with a different set of cords.
  • No sound

    • Make sure the volume of your TV is not set too low or on mute.
    • Make sure the cords used to connect the DVD player to the TV are securely inserted into both the DVD player and the TV.

    If the DVD player is connected to a separate Surround Sound or other Audio System:

    • Make sure the volume of your Audio System is not set too low or on mute.
    • Make sure the cords used to connect the DVD player are securely connected on both the DVD player and the Audio System.
    • Make sure the Audio System is set to the correct Source/Input where you have connected the DVD player.
    • Try connecting the Red & White audio cables from the DVD player directly to the Red & White input jacks on the TV. If you get sound from the TV speakers, there may be a problem with the settings of your Audio System.

    If the DVD player is connected directly to your Cable box:

    • Make sure the volume of the Cable box is not set too low or on mute.
  • DVDs from foreign countries

    • This DVD player is designed to play only DVDs produced for Region 1 and 9 (USA & Canada)
  • Disc freezes, skips, or will not play

    • Make sure the DVD is inserted with the label side facing UP.
    • Make sure the DVD has no cracks, scratches, blemishes, fingerprints, etc.
    • Make sure the DVD is a Region 1 or 9 DVD disc. The Region Number for the DVD disc should be clearly visible on both the DVD label and the DVD box. This DVD player is only compatible with DVD discs made for Region 1 or 9 (USA & Canada) playback.
    • Try another DVD. If this new DVD plays correctly, then the problem is with the DVD disc, not the DVD player.
  • Remote control does not work

    • Make sure there is nothing blocking the remote sensor on the front of the DVD player.
    • Try moving closer to the front of the DVD player.
    • Make sure there are no objects in the signal path of the remote control beam to the player such as your foot.
    • Replace the batteries in the remote.
  • Picture fading from light to dark

    • Make sure the Yellow, Red, & White cables from the DVD player are connected directly to the TV, and are not connected to a VCR or other recording device.
    • If you can not connect the DVD player directly to your TV, please purchase a RF-modulator from your local electronics retailer, and connect the DVD player to your TV according to the instructions provided with the RF modulator.
  • Why can’t I use the ZOOM Function?

    • Make sure there is nothing blocking the remote sensor on the front of the DVD player.
  • Why can’t I use the ANGLE Function?

    • The DVD disc must be encoded with this special function for this feature to work.
  • Why can’t I access the SUBTITLE language I want?

    • The DVD disc must be encoded with this special function for this feature to work.
