    • Restart your phone by turning it OFF and then back ON again.
    • Find the Bluetooth menu in your phone and make sure the Bluetooth function is turned ON.
    • With the headset power OFF, press and hold the FUNCTION button on the headset for about 6 seconds until the LED light on the headset begins flashing blue and red alternating lights.
    • On your phone, perform a Bluetooth “device discovery” to add the headset as a new device. Please refer to your phone’s instruction manual for instructions on performing the “device discovery”.
    • Once you have added the headset to your phone’s Bluetooth memory, the headset should automatically “Pair” (connect) with the phone and be ready for use.
    • If your phone prompts you to enter a password to Pair the headset, enter the password “0000”.
  • Poor sound, Static, Crackling

Bluetooth is a radio technology which means it is sensitive to objects such as walls or interference from other electrical products which may be near or between the Headset and the Phone it is “paired” to. If you experience static, crackling noises, or other types of sound imperfections, try the following steps to improve the connection:

    • If your phone prompts you to enter a password to Pair the headset, enter the password “0000”.
    • Make sure you are within 30 feet of the phone at all times when on a call.
    • Make sure to eliminate as many major external objects (such as walls, doors, etc.) between the Headset and the Phone.
    • Try to eliminate as much background interference noise (radio, television, etc.) as possible.
    • If the phone is directly next to you, or in your pocket while you are using the headset, keep the headset on the same side of your body as the phone.
  • No Sound or Low Sound

    • Increase the volume on the headset.
    • Increase the volume on your phone or verify the MUTE is not ON.
    • Check your phone’s Bluetooth menu to make sure the headset is currently “paired” with the phone.
  • What is the Bluetooth Password/Passcode?

    • If your phone prompts you to enter a Password/Passcode to use the headset, please enter “0000” (four zeros).
    • This is the permanent Password/Passcode for the headset and cannot be changed.
  • Voice Dialing, Call Reject, Call Redial not working

    • In order for Voice Dialing, Call Reject, and/or Call Redial to function, your phone must support these features. Please refer to your phone’s instruction manual for details on the support for these features.
  • The LED light is flashing Red

    • This means the headset’s battery is very low.  Please carefully connect the supplied AC power adapter into the headset and an electrical outlet to re-charge the headset’s battery.
