Where can I get the Instruction Manual?
A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.
How many pages can I shred at once?
To ensure the unit will not overhead, it is recommended that you do not shred more than 10 sheets at a time.
We apologize for the typographical error in the original manual printing that references a maximum recommendation of 8 pages.

Paper Jam
In the event of a paper jam, slowly alternate the Power switch on the top of the Shredder between the AUTO/ON & REV settings until the paper jam clears.
If you need to manually remove paper from the Shredder, first turn the Shredder to the OFF position and then Unplug the Shredder from the electrical outlet.
Shredder turns off by itself
The Shredder will automatically turn OFF if the unit becomes too hot during use.
If the Shredder has turned OFF while in use, unplug the Shredder from the electrical outlet and wait at least 40 minutes for the Shredder to cool down.
No power
Make sure the top of the Shredder is securely attached to the waste bin.
Make sure the electrical outlet is working properly by carefully plugging in another device.
Shredder has slowed down
If you are attempting to shred too many pages at once the shredder may slow down significantly.
Use the REV setting on POWER switch to reverse the shredder and remove some of the pages then try shredding less pages at one time.
