Where can I get the Instruction Manual?
A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.
Headphones will not turn ON
Make sure the ON / OFF SWITCH is set to the ON position.
Change the battery.
Headphones will not pair
Turn your Bluetooth device OFF then ON to refresh the device’s Bluetooth memory.
Find the Bluetooth menu in your device and make sure the Bluetooth function is turned ON.
Turn the Headphones ON and unplug the headphone cable from the 3.5mm INPUT if necessary.
On your device, perform a Bluetooth “device discovery” to add the BS101HPBT as a new device.
When the headphones are discovered device will display “BS101HPBT” in the Bluetooth menu.
After selecting “BS101HPBT” from the Bluetooth menu the LED indicator will slowly flash Blue.
The voice prompt will announce that Bluetooth Pairing was successful.
