Where can I get the Instruction Manual?
A copy of the instruction manual in English was enclosed with your product. If you are unable to locate it, you can view it from the link to the right.
Difficult to close the lid
This can be caused when the Big Seal Ring on the lid is not lined up properly
Make sure the Seal Ring is completely seated and held in place by the metal ring on the underside of the lid.
Difficult to open the lid
If the lid is difficult to open, there may still be pressure inside the cooker.
Use the Quick Release method to release any remaining pressure in the cooker. Confirm the Float Valve is in the low position before attempting to open the lid.
Steam leaking from the lid
This can be the result of one or more causes usually connected to the Big Seal Ring.
Please make sure the Big Seal Ring is installed and clean.
Please make sure you lock the lid before using.
Steam leaking from the float valve
This can be the result of having food crumbs in the valve.
Clean the Seal Ring of the Float Valve. It is located around the Float Valve on the underside of the Lid.
